Paul Pape is President and CEO of Red Wall Productions. Begun in 1999 and
incorporated in early 2001, the company actively pursues American history and/or
family entertainment themes as their stories of choice.
A veteran of
over thirty years in the entertainment business, Paul began his career as an
actor in
New York
. As a member of the successful repertory company, the Collonades Theater Lab,
he served his apprenticeship alongside future notables Danny DeVito, Rhea
Perlman, Jeff Goldblum, Michael O'Keefe and Peter Scolari. After going
Off-Broadway to appear in "The Cherry Orchard" with Kim Hunter, Paul
got his break when he was cast to co-star opposite John Travolta in
"Saturday Night Fever". For the many fans of this movie, we invite you

Saturday Night Fever” page for further information.
In the early
1980s, Paul began doing voice-over work, a field that would bring him
considerable success. With over 3500 voice-over credits to-date, his voice has
been heard in almost every media imaginable; commercials, narrations, promos,

games. As his work in this field is on-going, please select the “Voice-Over”

Paul returns
to on-camera work now and then, actually more so in the last couple of years. He
appeared opposite Tom Berenger in "The Detective", a mini-series from
Hallmark. In addition, he showed up briefly in "
Liberty Street
", also from Hallmark. He can be seen co-starring in the short film
"Three Rounds", which was an accepted entry into the Los Angeles
International Short Film Festival in 2005. In the past year, he co-starred in
"The Stranger", a short film that Red Wall Productions co-produced. IN
2006, Red Wall produced "Interrogation", a short film that has
garnered 14 nominations and three awards to-date. Paul himself has been
nominated in the writing and supporting actor categories. He recently received
an award in recognition of his on-camera and voice-over work for the Electronic
Arts video-game “Black”, a #1 seller that sold over 2 million copies in the
United States
and
Britain
. Click the "On-Camera"

A life long
fan of the literature, films and history of the American West, Paul has traveled
extensively throughout the region. An avid photographer and author for the last
20 years, he has chronicled these travels in depth. During this time he has also
served as a staff writer and photographer for Trail Dust Magazine and his images
and articles have appeared on book covers and in publications nationwide,
including American Cowboy. He is a 16 year member of the Hole In The Wall gang,
an exclusive group of 50 men who come together each September to ride the Hole
In The Wall Country in
Wyoming
, the actual hideout of Butch Cassidy, the Sundance Kid and the Wild Bunch.
The gang, which celebrates it’s 30th Anniversary in 2007, is
“dedicated to the preservation of Western traditions and ways of the cowboy,
his country and freedoms of the American West.”
Among their ranks: western artists, writers, entrepreneurs, working
cowboys and ranchers, doctors, attorneys and what the rest like to call the
“Hollywood Bunch”, which Paul is proud to be part of. Increasingly finding
their way into private collections, Paul’s western photographs are now
available on the Internet via this website. Click the “Photography” link in
the main navigational menu at the top of this page for more details.
Paul is
married to two-time Emmy Winning Sound Editor Suzanne Angel Pape. They are
raising a daughter, Isabella, and make their home in
